On July 16, 1997, Capitol Water Company filed revised Schedules 1 and 2 to implement the Temporary Surcharge approved in IPUC Order No. 27022,  Case No. CAP-W-96-2.
Staff members Bob Smith and Don Oliason have reviewed the tariffs and they indicate they are filed in compliance with Order No. 27022.
Company has asked for an effective date of August 1, 1997.  
Said Revised Schedules 1 and 2 are hereby approved this date, effective 8-1-97.
