Comment:Rocky Mountain Power should address their manpower efficiency before asking for another rate increase.I
have observed several cases of way to many workers standing arround drawing overtime pay,while ratepayers are
without power,and water,if they are on a domestic well.If this is representative of their overall efficiency,they should
clean up their operation before asking for annother increase,no matter what excuse they choose to use.Please
investigate this problem before granting another increase.Thank you
