On July 1, 1997, above-named applicant requested temporary motor common/contract carrier authority to transport General Comodities within the State of Idaho. Carrier has now complied with the Commission’s regulations pertaining to a certificate of public liability and property damage insurance, registration of motor vehicles and payment of regulatory fees and requests that the application be granted as soon as possible.
Since the Commission will not convene a decision meeting until July 16 (8 days from this date), the Commission will by this Minute Entry approve the issuance of said temporary authority and will sign the accompanying order (Order No. 27042).
