Comment:I would ask the commission to deny Rocky Mountain Power modification to the ECAM.
Idaho did not ask to become part of the public energy conglomerate.It even is not reaping
any benefit from the wind farms which have sprung up overnight to supply customers over in
California.They are using resources in Idaho to supply other States,and then fulfilling
shortfalls in Idaho buying from other markets?This sounds like a very well orchestrated
ponzi scheme.
