On June 18,2015,the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Notice of Intervention Deadline and established July 2,201 5,as the deadline for interventions.Petitions to Intervene were filed by Monsanto Company (“Monsanto”),PacilCorp Idaho Industrial Customers (“PIIC”)and the Idaho Irrigation Pumpers Association.Inc.(“IIPA”).The Commission granted the Petitions.See Order Nos.33321 and 33333. On July 9,2015,the Commission Staff (“Staff’),Rocky Mountain and the aforementioned Intervening Parties (collectively referred to as “the Parties”)engaged in a teleconference call and agreed upon a schedule for written comments,outlined below. NOTICE OF MODIFIED PROCEDURE YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission has determined that the public interest may not require a formal hearing in this matter and will proceed under Modified Procedure pursuant to Rules 201 through 204 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission’s Rules of Procedure.IDAPA 31.01.01.201 through .204.The Commission notes that Modified NOTICE OF MODIFIED PROCEDURE NOTICE OF SCHEDULE AND SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE ORDER NO.33339 1 Procedure and written comments have proven to be an effective means for obtaining public input and participation.
