Washington Water Power Company - Second Revision Sheet 91
On May 30, 1997, WWP filed the above-named tariff. This revision specifies that the DSM Tariff Rider (Sch. 91) is to be applied to Schedules 81, 82, 83 and 84. The DSM Tariff Rider charge to these schedules is equal to that charged to customers on Schedules 1, 11 & 12, 21 & 22 and 31 and 32. The effect of the revision is that customers who elect to participate in the MOPS pilots on Schedules 81, 82, 83 and 84 will continue to pay the distribution charge for demand-side management.
Staff engineer, Keith Hessing has reviewed the filing and he recommends approval.
Because the next regularly-scheduled Decision Meeting is not until July 2 and WWP requests an effective date of July 1, 1997, Commission hereby approves said filing this date, by this Minute Entry.
