On June 12, 1997, Craig S. Waddell dba CSW Leasing  applied for temporary motor common/contract carrier authority to transport general commodities within the State of Idaho.
Because the  Commissioners’ will be out of the office for a time and the next regularly-scheduled decision meeting will not be held until June 23, 1997 and temporary applications are usually acted upon promptly and said carrier has met all the requirements for temporary authority, said temporary authority is hereby authorized by this Minute Entry  and subsequently Order No. 27001 in Case No. M-8312-1 will issued.
