SUBJECT:ROCKY MOUNTAIN POWER’S SCHEDULE 94 COMPLIANCE FILING
VLTH ORDER NO.33265 REGARDING ITS ENERGY COST
ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM;CASE NO.PAC-E-15-O1
On April 2,2015.Rocky Mountain Power filed conforming tariffs for Electric Service
Schedule No.94 with an April 1,2015,effective date in compliance with Commission Order No.
33265.The Company states that the compliance filing reflects updated equal monthly payment
amounts for Tariff Contract 400 and 401 consistent with those identified in the reply comments
and through Commission Order.These monthly payment amounts,which recover the prior period
balances,were updated to reflect actual collections through March 2015.
STAFF ANALYSIS
Staff has reviewed the Company’s filed Schedule No.94 tariff and believes it is in
compliance with Commission Order No.33265.The tariff accurately includes Staff recommended
corrections to calculated rates and properly reflects Commission approved equal monthly updated
payments for Tariff Contract 400 and 401 customers.Appropriately,the rates do not include the
Staff proposed LCAR back cast adjustment approved by the Commission for inclusion in the
deferral balance and recovered in next year’s ECAM.

RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Company filed tariff be approved with an effective date of April
1,2015,to conform to the Order.
