Pursuant to IDAPA 31.01.01, Rule 53, PacifiCorp dba Rocky Mountain Power ("Rocky
Mountain Power" or "Company") files this Petition to Amend Schedule Extending Filing Date
for Reply Comments and for Expedited Consideration ("Petition"). A draft of this Petition was
circulated Thursday, May 7,2015 to the parties in this case. The Company is authorized to
represent that Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, Monsanto Company and the
PacifiCorp Idaho Industrial Customers do not object to the Petition.
To facilitate settlement discussions, the Company seeks to extend the filing date for
Reply Comments from May 8,2015 to May 15,2015. Rocky Mountain Power also respectfully
requests that the Idaho Public Utilities Commission expeditiously consider this Petition due to
the May 8,2015 filing date.
