United Water Idaho Inc. Tariffs - UWI-W-96-4
On May 23, 1997, United Water Idaho Inc. filed tariffs in compliance with Commission Order No. 26898 in Case No. UWI-W-96-4.
Staff engineering supervisor, Randy Lobb has reviewed the tariffs and he indicates he recommends approval with typo corrections on Pages 32, 33, 34 and the signature of Ben Hepler on the original set of tariffs.
Ben Hepler, Vice President of United Water Idaho Inc. submitted a set of signed tariffs with the three typos corrected on Pages 32, 33 and 34, on May 28, 1997.
Therefore, said tariffs (copy of which is attached and made a part of this Minute Entry) are hereby approved on one day’s notice - approved 5-28-97; effective 5-29-97.
