Comment:We are against another rate increase.They have raised our rates twice.We are on a fixed
income and the winter rates are hard to pay.We did the equal payment plan and that went up every
year,so went back to what we had before.We already turn down our heat and still need a blanket.
Also we are on time of day.Please dont make us pay more!
