CAPAI’S PETITION FOR CLARIFICATION In its Petition,CAPAI does not object to the amount of intervenor funding awarded by the Commission.CAPAI merely seeks clarification regarding ‘the Commission’s statement that it urges counsel to ‘develop or obtain a system to more accurately track and document his professional services related to Commission proceedings.”Petition at 3. COMMISSION DISCUSSION The Commission has reviewed CAPAI’s Petition for Clarification. As noted above, CAPAI does not object to the amount of its intervenor funding award. After reviewing CAPAI’s request for clarification of the Commission’s prior Order,we reiterate our previous admonition urging legal counsel for CAPAI “to develop or obtain a system to more accurately track and document his professional services related to Commission proceedings.”Order No.32946 at 3. This comment was offered as a recommendation, not an order or directive. The Commission’s recommendation for a more comprehensive tracking system was included simply to “assist the Commission in evaluating and expediting the resolution of future requests for intervenor funding.”Id.The Commission believes that this recommendation is clear and unambiguous. If counsel for CAPAI believes that his current tracking system is adequate then he should proceed accordingly. The Commission again encourages CAPAI,and other similarly situated parties,to follow the recommendations outlined in Order No.32946. For the foregoing reasons, the Commission denies CAPAI’s Petition for Clarification of Order No.32946. ORDER NO.32975 1 ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Community Action Partnership Association of Idaho’s Petition for Clarification is denied. The Commission offers no further comment on this matter. THIS IS AN ORDER ISSUED TO CLARIFY A FINAL ORDER ON INTERVENOR FUNDING.Pursuant to Rule 325 of the Commission’s Rules of Procedure, IDAPA 3 1.01.01.325,this Order does not suspend or toll the time for the filing of a petition for reconsideration.See Idaho Code §6 1-626.
