Re: Delay filing of Rocky Mountain Power's Annual Earnings Report
Dear Ms. Jewell:
The Company respectfully requests that this letter serve as notice to the Commission of the
Company's intent to delay filing of its Annual Earnings Report one to two months. Pursuant to
Commission Order 29708 the Company is required to file an annual earnings report. However
the order does not specify a due date of the report, Company practice has been to file this report
by April 30 each year.
On March 1, 2013 the Company filed a Notice of Intent to file a general rate case on or after
May 31, 2013, pursuant to terms in Commission Order 32432, Case PAC-E-1 1-12. Historically
when the Company has filed a general rate case the Results of Operations from that case has met
the Annual Earnings Report requirement.
