On March 28,2013,the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Intervention Deadline.See Order No.32772.Subsequently,Monsanto Company (“Monsanto”)was granted permission to intervene as a party.See Order No.32773. NOTICE OF PUBLiC WORKSHOP YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Commission Staff will conduct a public workshop for interested parties on THURSDAY,MAY 9,2013,AT 10:00 A.M.AT THE COMMISSION HEARING ROOM,472 WEST WASHINGTON,BOISE,IDAHO.At this workshop,interested parties will have the opportunity to discuss a possible settlement of the issues presented in this case as mandated by the Commission in Order No.32772. YOUARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all hearings and prehearing conferences in this matter will be held in facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).Persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other assistance in order to participate in or to understand testimony and argument at a public hearing may ask the Commission to provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance at the hearing.
