PAC-E-12-12 On August 13, 2012, PacifiCorp dba Rocky Mountain Power (“Rocky Mountain” or “Company”) filed an Application, pursuant to Idaho Code §§ 61-301, 61-307, 61-622, and 61- 623, with the Commission seeking authorization to cancel electric service Schedule No. 17, Standby Service, and replace it with a new electric service Schedule No. 31, Partial Requirements Service. On October 17, 2012, the Commission issued a Notice of Application, Modified Procedure and Intervention Deadline, establishing a 21-day comment period. See Order No. 32666. Prior to this Notice, PacifiCorp Idaho Industrial Customers (“PIIC”) and Monsanto Company (“Monsanto”) filed Petitions to Intervene as a party. PIIC MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF COMMENT PERIOD On October 31, 2012, PIIC filed a Motion for a seven-day extension of the comment period. PIIC states that an extension is warranted in order to allow adequate time for PIIC to receive responses from its second set of data requests to Rocky Mountain and prepare its written comments. PIIC states that it has discussed the matter with Rocky Mountain and the Company does not object to PIIC’s Motion for an Extension.
