On April 7, 1997, UP&L submitted Fifth Revised Sheet No. D.1 - Table of Contents. Purpose of the filing was to bring the table of contents up to date with current approved regulations.
Bev Barker, Supervisor of Consumer Services Division reviewed the filing and she indicates it is correct.
Therefore, we hereby approved said tariff sheet this date, effective May 5, 1997, per request of the company.
