RE: BACKGROUND On January 18,2012, Rocky Mountain Power ("Rocky Mountain"; "Company") submitted updated tariff sheets to reflect several proposed revisions for Schedules Nos. 7, 7 A, 1 1, and Electl'c Service Regulation No. 12. Several of the revisions are general formatting changes, while other revisions are more substantive, including: ì -removing low pressure sodium vapor lamps from Schedule No. 7 and 7 A; -specifying no new service for customer-owned/maintained energy-only service fOl' Schedule No, 7; -removing metal halide lamps fi.-om Schedule No. 11; -provisions regarding replacement of both operable and inoperable lights, temporary disconnect cost obligations, pole re-painting and shielding for Schedule Nos. 7, 7A, and 11; -and clarifying the Extension Allowance in Electric Sei'vice Regulation No. 12, which affects customers taking service under Schedule Nos. 11 and 12. In total, the Company fied twelve revised tariff sheets. Rocky Mountain requests an effective date of February 17,2012. DECISION MEMORANDUM - 1 -FEBRUARY 13,2012 e e -.
