ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM (ECAM))
On February 1,2012,PacifiCoip dba Rocky Mountain Power (“RMP”or
“Company”)submitted its annual Energy Cost Adjustment Mechanism (“ECAM”)filing in
accordance with Idaho Code §61-502 and 61-503,and Rule of Procedure 52.RMP proposes
an effective date of April 1,2012 for its Application.
MOTION FOR LIMITED ADMISSION PRO HAC VICE
On January 31,2012,RMP submitted a Motion for Limited Admission Pro Hac Vice,
pursuant to Rule of Procedure 43 and Idaho State Bar Commission Rule 222,for the Company’s
legal counsel Yvonne R.Hogle for purposes of this matter and other proceedings brought by the
Company before the Commission through December 31,2012.The Motion is supported by
Idaho local counsel Richard R.Hall.Mr.Hall states that a copy of the Motion and the $200
applicant fee has been provided to the Idaho State Bar.Mr.Hall requests that his appearance at
any proceedings conducted by the Commission in this matter and other proceedings brought by
RMP be excused.
COMMISSION FINDINGS
The Commission has reviewed and considered the Motion for Limited Admission Pro
Hac Vice filed in Case No.PAC-E-12-03 and the related practice rules and Rules of Procedure,
i.e.,Idaho Bar Commission Rule 222 (Limited Admission -Pro Hac Vice)and Commission
Rules of Procedure 19 and 43.05,IDAPA 31.01.01.019 and .043.05.
Based on the filings of record and certified representations of Mr.Hall,we find that
reasonable grounds have been demonstrated to justify the granting of limited admission of Ms.
Hogle as legal counsel for PacifiCorp dba Rocky Mountain Power in Case No.PAC-E-12-03 and
all other proceedings brought by the Company before the Commission through December 31,
2012.We further find good reason to excuse the appearance of Mr.Hall in further proceedings
in this docket unless needed by the Company.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion for Limited Admission Pro Hac Vice for
Rocky Mountain Power legal counsel Yvonne R.Hogle is granted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that local certifying counsel Richard R.Hall is excused
from all further proceedings in Case No.PAC-E-12.O3.
