Idaho Power Company Case No. IPC-E-95-18
Tariff filing
Attached are a set of Rule H tariffs, filed by Idaho Power Company on March 20, 1997. Also attached is a Memo from Rick Sterling, Staff Engineer who reviewed said tariffs. As he indicates, the revisions consist of changes as a result of Order No. 26853 in Case No. IPC-E-95-18. He further speaks to changes requested to the definition of the term “Company Betterment” which company has withdrawn after staff expressed some concerns with that proposal.
He recommends approval of the tariffs that are attached, to be approved March 24, 1997 and effective March 25, 1997.
Commission hereby approves staff recommendation. Said tariffs are approved 3-24-97; effective 3-25-97.
