Utah Power Tariff Advice No. 96-08 - Case No. UPL-E-96-4
Attached are copies of tariffs submitted by UPL under Advice No. 96-08. Also attached is copy of a memo from Rick Sterling, PUC Engineer who reviewed the originally-filed tariffs as well as the corrected tariffs. Rick recommends that the tariff attached be approved this date - 3-18-97 to be effective 3-19-97, per request of the company.
Said tariffs are hereby approved by this Minute Entry.
