Why is it that Rocky Mountain Power undergoes numerous rate increases and is quite spendier
than Idaho Power? It is difficult enough to afford power in the current economic conditions,
not to mention the several rate increases. And what is the solution to the problem? Another
rate increase. I don' t know quite what the difference is in the price of power between us in
Lava versus Inkom 20 miles away, but somehow our' s is more pricier and our rates increase
more. When will the rate increases stop???
