I am very concerend what seems to be a gross conflict of interest regarding the Public
Utilities Commissions stance on consumers of electrical power from Rocky Mountain Power. Are
the IPUC i s obligations to the residance first or not?
I would would hope your first obligations would be for the people whom support and trust
you.

We purchased our home in 2004 we needed a power pole put in for our shop, the Shelley office
manager quoted us a price of $400.00 dollars the closer we came to having shop done the price
was up to $800.00 then we we' re told we had to get a private person as they didn' t install
them they contracted those out. Then the rates for our home well has been changed 4-5 times
wi thout a reasonable explanation. Rocky Mtn. Power has one if not the highest percent of
profi tabili ty in the U. S they i ve been sold and pùrchased how many times in the last 10 years?
I' m not happy with them due to the above , honesty and truth gets more respect than being
decietful , it wound up costing us $1200.00 to have a pole put in by a private electrician
rather than by a company which is supposed to be in the business of supplying power, with the
economy in the shape it i S in how much more is the commission going to let them get away with,
people should check to see who the company is making political donations to and also who the
commissioners are associated with because all public input on the increases have been totally
ignored
