L f¥¡1~l,t;(:~',';::Uf:"?; " i am a frequent camper at a Campground that receives power from Rocky MóUtwnSS i O¡.l Power. Since the early sumer the campground has lost power 11 times by the count of the power company. I believe that their count understates the frequency of the issue. Pltc-£-II-IJ- Boise, Idaho Each time that we loose power there are or could be serious financial or safety consequences. Due to the natue of and demographics of the campers we often have severa people tht use electrically powered oxygen accumulators. It is a serious matter for them to have to deal with these outages at 2 or 3 in mornng. Due to other health issues I fear for the possible collateral damages. A 60 or 80 year old person should not have to uproot their trler in the middle of the night to seek oxygen. As the power goes out we get wild power fluctutions that from 40 to 120 volts ac. This has damaged thousands of dollars of equipment for the campers. I am aware of unesolved claims with Rock Mounta Power that seem to have staled out. It seems to be their stadard tactic to delay and bur the claimant with paper work. I have been told that Rocky Mounta Power is curently seekig a rate increase. I hope and request that the Public Utilties Commission will consider ths situation in any of their dealing with Rocky Mountan Power.
