Please don't allow anymore rate increases! The economy is bad enough already and getting
worse!
Rocky Mountain needs to evaluate their own operations and get rid of every unnecessary
expense or excesses the same as we are all doing. Some top officers, middle management and
some of their employees take advantage of anything and everything possible. This is the time
when we all need to cut back in every possible place. I am a widow living on a minimum fixed
income and it is very difficult to make ends meet already!
