On May 27,2011,PacifiCorp dba Rocky Mountain Power (“Rocky Mountain”or
“Company”)filed an Application with the Commission seeking approval to increase its rates for
electric service to its retail customers in Idaho by approximately $32.7 million,or an overall
average rate increase of 15%.
On June 8,2011,the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Notice of
Intervention Deadline.The following parties requested and were subsequently granted
intervention:Monsanto Company;Idaho Irrigation Pumpers Association,Inc.;Community
Action Partnership Association of Idaho;PacifiCorp Idaho Industrial Customers;and Idaho
Conservation League.
NOTICE OF SCHEDULE
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that pursuant to agreement of the parties and the
Commission,the Commission has adopted the following procedural schedule in this case:

November 2,2011 Commission Staff/Intervenor prefile direct testimony
December 2,2011 Rebuttal testimony
The prepared testimony and exhibits must conform to the requirements of Rules 231,266 and
267 of the Commission’s Rules of Procedure.Reference IDAPA 31.01.01.231 and .266-267.
The above deadlines are for testimony and exhibit filing with the Commission.E-copy service

on parties of record should be made on the same date to the extent practicable with full service of
testimony and exhibits provided to parties of record no later than the following business day.
The parties are apprised that discovery is available pursuant to Commission Rules of
Procedure,IDAPA 31.01.01.221-234.The parties should coordinate discovery requests and
responses so that they are able to comply with the established prefile deadlines.No party
submitting testimony pursuant to prefile deadline shall be required to respond to discovery
within a five working day window preceding the prefile deadline.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Commission will conduct a technical
hearing in Case No.PAC-E-1 1-12 commencing at 9:30 A.M.MONDAY,DECEMBER 19,
2011 IN THE COMMISSION HEARING ROOM,472 WEST WASHINGTON,BOISE,
IDAHO and continuing,if necessary,on December 20 and December 21,2011,at the same
location.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that an additional scheduling notice for public
workshop(s)and public hearing(s)in eastern Idaho will be issued later.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all proceedings in this case will be held
pursuant to the Commission’s jurisdiction under Title 61 of the Idaho Code and that the
Commission may enter any final Order consistent with its authority under Title 61.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all proceedings in this matter will be
conducted pursuant to the Commission s Rules of Procedure,IDAPA 31.01.01.000 et seq.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all hearings and conferences in this matter
will be held in facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with
Disabilities Act (ADA).Persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other
assistance in order to participate in or to understand testimony and argument at a public hearing
may ask the Commission to provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance at the hearing.
The request for assistance must be received at least five (5)working days before the hearing by
