IPC-E-95-18 - Tariff Schedule 66 - Sheet No. 66-3
On February 27, 1997, Idaho Power Company filed the attached First Revised Sheet No. 66-3 of their Schedule 66 - Miscellaneous Charges.
The changes are the (1) subdivision lot charge approved by the Commission in Order No. 26780 and (2) the charge which was previously included in the average unit cost filing, which filing is discontinued with the implementation of Commission Order No. 26780.
Rick Sterling, Staff Engineer has reviewed the tariff and his memorandum recommending approval is attached hereto. Because new Rule H was approved effective February 27, 1997, Staff Engineer Rick Sterling recommends an approval date of 2-27-97, for First Revised Sheet No. 66-3 also.
First Revised Sheet No. 66-3 is hereby approved this date, effective February 28, 1997.
