On Febru 2,2012, PacifiCorp, d.b.a. Rocky Mounta Power ("Company") fied a
cover letter with a revised version ofPacifiCorp's 2011 Integrted Resource Plan ("IRP") Action
Plan ("Revised Action Plan"). With ths letter, the Company withdrws that fiing and, in its
place, the Company hereby files, for informational puroses only, an original and seven (7)
copies of the enclosed Revised Action Plan. A copy of the original action plan as well as a
redline version is included to show changes.
