Now they come asking for more becuase of high energy cost. It seems that they always have high cost in this area. I think that their is no incentive for them to control these cost when they can have some one else pay the bill. I would hope that the Commission looks very carefuly at this cost. I know that natural gas prices have been lower in the past year and that we had a good spring run off last year as well. That leaves coal as a possible problem for energy cost. I would like to know how Coal might fit into this cost ajustment. I would also like to know what Rocky Mountain Power is paying for their Natural Gas as opposed to some one like Inter Mountain Gas which asked for a rate decrease last year. Along with this I think that energy buying practices should be looked at and from whom are they buying from. because I do not think that we as customers should be lieble if they have bad energy procurement policies Rocky Mountain does not seem to get it that we dont need any more hikes in this time of economic problems we are now in.
