IPC-E-95-18 - TARIFF FILING
Pursuant to Commission Order No. 26780 in Idaho Power Company Case No. IPC-E-95-18, Idaho Power company filed New Rule H Tariffs on February 26, 1997. Later that day the company resubmitted New Rule H Tariffs (Copy of which is attached hereto), after review of the tariffs by Staff.
As set out in the memo to Myrna Walters, Commission Secretary, by staff engineer Rick Sterling, and the notation from Bev Barker, supervisor of Consumer Services Section , staff recommends approval of the filing with the exception of Section VI, C.1, 2 and 3 on Sheet H-6.
Therefore, we hereby approved Rule H, Sheet Nos. H-1 to H-6 (except for Sheet H-6, Section VI, C.1,2 and 3) of Idaho Power Company, this date (February 27, 1997). Said tariff will be effective February 27, 1997, also, as requested by the Company.
