Intermountain Gas Company Tariff Advice No. 97-1
On January 22, 1997, Intermountain Gas Company filed the above-designed tariff advice, asking for an effective date of March 1, 1997.
On February 20, 1997, this matter was considered at the Commission’s Decision Meeting, The decision memorandum of Scott Woodbury indicated staff had reviewed the proposed modifications and found them to be clarifications and not substantive changes.
Therefore, said Tariff Advice No. 97-1 is hereby approved the date of the decision meeting, to be effective March 1, 1997, as requested by the Company.
