Harper Leavitt Engineering has been working for Cedar Creek Wind Project in the fall of
2010. Working on this project during this economy hard times has been a great help to us. Our
firm a few years ago employed 40 personel and now we are trying to stay alive with 12
employees. Working on Cedar Creek Wind Farm has been a big help to keep our doors open.
