Collin and Hallie Peterson, as life-time customers and large users of power, and as farmer
and rancher livelihoods, we are totally against IPUC re-negocatiating with Cedar Creek Wind
LLC of Bainbridge, Washington. We cannot afford the exhorbant prices that Wind energy
projects are creating. Wind energy needs to be inline with other energy sources or not build
the projects. As 50 year users of power in Bingham County we ask you for protection from this
corruption.

I am so tired of power rate increases due to the wind turbine companies! The rates are high
enough that customers are struggling to pay. WE as customers as tired of the constant
increases we have to pay to line the pockets of the greedy wind turbine companies! I beg you
to deny the request of Cedar Creed Wind Developers! We can not allow them to go through with
these projects. We simply cannot afford it I Please protect us!
