On February 6, 1997, United Water Idaho filed Tariff Schedule No. 1C - North State Area General Metered Service in accordance with Order No. 26562.
Staff engineer Randy Lobb has reviewed said schedule and he indicates it is correctly filed.
Therefore UWI Tariff Schedule No. 1C is hereby approved this date to be effective 2-11-97, per request of the Company.
