Pursuant to I.B.C.R. 227 and IDAPA 31.01.01.043, the undersigned counsel
petition the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (the "Commission") for admission of
Jeffery S. Lovinger, pro hac vice, in this case.
Jeffery S. Lovinger certifies that he is an active member, in good standing, of the
bar of Oregon, that he maintains the regular practice of law at the above-noted address,
and that he is not a resident of the State of Idaho or licensed to practice in Idaho. Jeffery
S. Lovinger certifies that he has previously been admitted under I.B.C.R. 227 and IDAPA
ROCKY MOUNTAIN POWER'S MOTION
FOR PRO HAC VICE ADMISSION
31.01.01.043 in the following matters: Case No. GNR-E-1 0-04 (January 24, 2011), Case
No. GNR-E-10-01 (April 13, 2010).
Undersigned counsel certify that a copy of this motion has been served on all
other parties in this case and that a copy of the motion, accompanied by a $200 fee and a
certificate of good standing, have been submitted to the Idaho State Bar.
