Please describe your comment briefly:
December 23, 2010
Dear Sirs,
I have been watching with interest the proceedings of the rate case put forth by Rocky
Mountain Power. I have reviewed the proposed increase and feel that it is too high, too much
and too broad at the current time. Today's economic conditions make it very difficult to
saddle our citizens and our businesses with an increase in rates regardless of the need. It
is imperative that we review the request carefully and fully and not just recognize the need
but the overall circumstances. A postponement of additional spending by Rocky Mountain Power
is my recommendation.
Sincerely,
Dean M. Mortimer
State Senator, District 32
