I have reviewed the proposed increase and feel that it is too high, too much and too broad at the current time. Today's economic conditions make it very difficult to saddle our citizens and our businesses with an increase in rates regardless of the need. It is imperative that we review the request carefully and fully and not just recognize the need but the overall circumstances. A postponement of additional spending by Rocky Mountain Power is my recommendation. Sincerely, Dean M. Mortimer State Senator, District 32 The form submitted on http://www.puc.idaho.gov/forms/ipuc1/ipuc.html IP address is 174.27.10.29 1
