Please DO NOT grant Rocky Mountain Power any rate increases - private individuals as well as
businesses cannot afford it - I personally have not received a raise in 9 years - Social
Security also is not giving any raises to it i S senior citizens - Them asking for a raise is
totally unfair- Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

I appreciate the updates, I feel that that Rocky Mtn Power does not need this increase!!! They should
not be given a free ride with a 10% profit margin that is ridiculous I think they are mostly preparing for
the cap and trade program that may never materialize. Also the cost of gas and coal and oil are all down
from the previous increase and this increase is more. Gary Thompson

Please describe your comment briefly:
My wife and I are serving a Mormon Mission in Salt Lake but we maintain our permanent home in
Dayton, Idaho and will return there on Dec. 29, 2010. I think it is really bad to have such
high rate increase of this magnitude even be proposed. We live mostly on Social Security and
had no raise last year and none coming this year. Our home is electric heat and so it affects
us more than some.
It seems prepostrous to be in severe economic downturn and then have the power company ask
for unreasonble rate increase. Please get some sense talked into them. A small raise of 2 or
3 percent could be tolerated, but 8% on up is just not acceptable.
