I am against the rate increase. I am on social security and for 2 years I have not had a
cost of living increase. How am I expected to pay a bigger bill. I have done everything I
can to decrease my usage. But it is NOT enough. Each month I wonder how to make ends meet.
You too need to bit the bullet that every American is faced with today and feel the pinch of
every farmer who struggles to pay his pumping bill. Every person who has lost their job and
struggles to feed their children. Every Senior Citizen or disabled person who struggles to
pay their basic bills for living. Sometimes expansions have to be frozen and the basics need
to be covered. This is where we all have to sacrifice. We are why can't you?????

I oppose the power companies increase's on customers dailey use.
We live on a fixed income and have no way to to bring in extra income to cover the utilities
increase 's. We can't even get a small raise on our social security payments to help pay the
increase on our insurances, prescriptions and everythig else.
Please help us survive.
