I personally understand the need for . more money' as requested per Rocky Mountain Power J but
while their coffers are full and the dividends are high J the poor working class and
unemployed struggle to survive. Please do NOT grant them an increase. Our household has seen
nothing but decrease in income over the past four years and we are still honestly trying to
function without basic necessities. Don' t tell me energy assistance will help we have not
been able to receive any because of $35 over the limit. The last time I could not pay my bill
Rocky Mountain told me to i call you church and have them pay the bill i Rocky Mountain is
showing a profit there fore they do NOT NEED the increase

Because short term interest rates are currently near zero percent, Rocky Mountain Power' s
current return on equity of 5.7% seems more than adequate, even more so given the very real
threat of deflation. I recommend the Idaho PUC vote against the proposed rate increase.
