Please describe your comment briefly:
As a time of use residential customer of Rocky MT Power for over 25 years, I' m disappointed
with the amount of the proposed rate increase for Time of use. If permitted, I would like to
see some adjustments of the service given to customers on this rate.
1- Meters should be reprogrammed to reflect actual daylight savings time changes, they are
currently out of sync with the mandated law dates. We pay a monthly service charge on this
rate, lets get some service.
2- Reduce or eliminate the monthly service charge. Bring this charge in line with actual
current charges and not based on decades calculations.
3- GET RID OF CUSTOMER EFFICIENCY SERVICE TAX!!!! RATE INCREASES DO THIS ALREADY AND ARE MORE
EFFECTIVE THAN ANY PUC RUN PROGRAM! I DONT NEED A STATE GOVERNMENT AGENCY RAISING FUNDS
THROUGH HIDDEN TAXES OF THIS KIND TO EDUCATE ME ON ENERGY CONVERSATION.
