I am serviced by Rock Mountain Power here in Rexburg. I recently received notice that the cost of power
could be going up. It appears that standard service could be going up by 8% and time us use residential
could be going up 15.6%. i am very concerned about the possible increases. As a retired person on a
limited income, increases as high as these could cause a distressing situation. Please do all you can to
have these possible increases as low as possible. It seems we are all under a black cloud economically
and these possible increases could add just another layer of distress.

Public Utilities commision,
Since I work in the Power industry, just wanted to make a comment that the rate case increase
that Rocky Mtn. Power is trying to get, should not include anything to do with the Wind Mill
Generation. I fully understand and will debate with anyone there true usefullness.
I have no objections to them, because they provide jobs, but using them to increase our
bAlling rate should not be thrust on to the consumer. If they our truely as good (NOT) as
they say, let the owner of these farms cover all costs to connect to the grid and any Var
compensation be covered by them as well.... And any maintnance agreements also, T
