I heard Rocky Mountain Power will be requesting another rate hike in the near future. As my
salary was cut recently, as I'm certain others have been, this is not the time to be raising
rates. If things continue like this, people are going to lose their homes because they can't
make the payments. That is our situation. Money will only stretch so far. Please give this
your consideration.
I also heard a new wind farm will be operating in the hills in the Goshen area, but instead
of giving Idaho residents a rate decrease or benefit of some sort (for having these in our
area and putting up with the view and the wind), the power will be going to California. Tell
me this isn i t so, please. Thanks. Mrs. Claudia Jones

Right now we are in the difficult encomony time, and Rocky Mountain Power had rose the power
cost twice last year. Why do they need another raise on the bill? I have not seen any
improve in the outrages and power surges and I do not think it is not right that the company
want increase the bill... plus other utilies already rose our billings. I am kind of feed up
right now.

Concerning proposed price increase, I do not agree that the . Time of Use Residential i
service should receive such a high increase (15.6 %) This program is instilled to encourage
using electricity during off hours. The proposed increase is the second largest listed in the
changes. Those who use this 'off i time should not be penalized more. Actually, I don i t
think that any price increase, at this time, to a basic need like power, supports good
relationships with customers who are already struggling so badly with financial burdens
