MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING
January 2, 1997 - 1:30 p.m.
In attendance at this time were Commissioners Ralph Nelson and Marsha H. Smith. Commissioner Dennis Hansen was out of the office on this date.
Also in attendance were staff members Brad Purdy, Keith Hessing, Terri Carlock, Tonya Clark and Myrna Walters.
Item to be discussed this date was:
1. Brad Purdy’s December 30, 1996 Decision Memorandum re: Case No. WWP-E-96-8 Application of Washington Water Power company for Order Approving Accounting and Ratemaking Treatment of Wood Power, Inc. Termination Costs.
Commission President Ralph Nelson called the decision meeting to order.
Commissioners agreed to the buy-out.
Decision meeting was then adjourned.
