MINUTE ORDER
On December 27, 2010, the Commission issued Interlocutory Order No. 32151
establishing new rates for electric service for PacifiCorp dba Rocky Mountain Power (RMP;
Company). RMP was directed to file tariffs in conformance with our Order. On December 28
2010, the Commission issued an errata to Interlocutory Order No. 32151 , Attachment B
(Comparison of Present and Commission-approved Rate Structure and Rates).
On December 28, 2010 RMP filed new tariffs with the Commission.The
Commission has reviewed the submitted tariffs and finds them to be in conformance with our
Order (and errata).The submitted tariffs are effective for service rendered on and after
December 28, 2010 , for all customers except Monsanto Company and Agrium, Inc., whose
individual service contracts extend through December 31 , 2010. For Monsanto and Agrium the
effective date is January 1 2011.
