PAC-I0- NOTICE OF CUSTOMER HEARINGS On May 28, 2010, PacifiCorp dba Rocky Mountain Power ("Rocky Mountain" or Company ) filed an Application for authority to increase the Company s general rates for electric service by an average of 13.7%. If approved, the Company s revenues for electric base retail rates would increase by $27.7 million annually. The net amount of actual increase varies by class of customer and usage. On August 3 , 2010, the Commission scheduled a technical hearing in Case No. PAC- lO-07 in Boise, Idaho beginning November 30, 2010, and continuing if necessary on December 1 and 2, 2010. NOTICE OF CUSTOMER HEARINGS YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission will hold public hearings in eastern Idaho for the purpose of receiving public comment in Case No. PAC-lO-07. The hearings for Rocky Mountain Power customers will take place on: TUESDAY AFTERNOON. DECEMBER 14. 2010. AT 1:30 P.M. AT THE SHELLEY SENIOR CITIZEN CENTER. 193 WEST PINE. SHELLEY. IDAHO TUESDAY EVENING. DECEMBER 14. 2010. AT 7:00 P.M. IN THE MOUNTAIN VIEW CONFERENCE CENTER ADJACENT TO THE MAGNUSON HOTEL. 450 WEST FOURTH SOUTH. REXBURG. IDAHO WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. DECEMBER 15. 2010. AT 1:30 P.M. AT THE GRACE AMERICAN LEGION HALL. 50 NORTH FIRST WEST. GRACE. IDAHO; and WEDNESDAY EVENING. DECEMBER 15. 2010. AT 7:00 P.M. AT THE ROBINSON BUILDING. FRANKLIN COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS. 186 WEST SECOND NORTH. PRESTON. IDAHO. At these hearings customers and other interested parties will have an opportunity to offer sworn testimony regarding the general rate case filed by PacifiCorp in Case No. PAC-1O-07. NOTICE OF CUSTOMER HEARINGS YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all proceedings in this matter will be held in facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other assistance in order to participate in or to understand testimony and argument at a public hearing may ask the Commission to provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance at the hearing. The Company s Application and all testimonies and exhibits may also be viewed on the Commission s web site www.puc.idaho.gov, by clicking on "File Room" and then "Electric Cases. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all proceedings in this case will be held pursuant to the Commission s jurisdiction under Title 61 of the Idaho Code and specifically Idaho Code ~~ 61-302, 61-307, 61-502, 61-503, 61-507, 61-622, and 61-623. The Commission may enter any final Order consistent with its authority under Title 61.
