On December 12, 1996, a Stipulation was filed by the parties in the above-named case. Said stipulation was signed by Ronald L. Williams, Attorney for Complainant Rocky Mountain Communications and Mary S. Hobson Attorney for Respondents U S West Communications, Inc., and U S West Interprise America, Inc. Said parties entered into a stipulation to resolve and settle their disputes and to result in dismissal of claims pending in this action.
Therefore, said IPUC Case No. USW-T-96-12 is hereby cancelled.
