Please make the following additions and corrections to the previously-published December 13 Agenda.
Item 10.  U S West Communications Advice No. 96-07-N Cable, Wire and Service Termination Policy has a December 11, 1996 Decision Memorandum from Bev Barker, to supplement her November 8, 1996 Decision Memo on this matter.
Item 10 under Securities Issuance - Terri Carlock’s Decision Memorandum re: United Water Idaho, Inc., should be Item 10A.
Jim Long’s December 10, 1996 Decision Memorandum re: Lake Hazel Middle School’s Request  for Removal of Ringing on Incoming Pay Telephone Calls, is to be inserted after Item 3 - as Item 3A.
