GTE-T-96-02 Advice 96-10
On August 12, 1996, GTE Northwest Incorporated requested withdrawal of their Advice No. 96-10 originally filed with the Commission on May 21, 1996. This filing would have removed the existing resale prohibition in the company’s tariff applicable to 1+ intraLATA toll and offered a discount for the resellers of toll.
At a prehearing conference on August 26, 1996, the Commission approved the request to withdraw this tariff.
Purpose of this Minute Entry is to reiterate the Commission’s approval of this withdrawal and to close the formal case - Case No. GTE-T-96-02.
