On November 27, 1996, U S West Communications filed Tariff Advice No. 96-05-S to revise the Basic Local Exchange Tariff for USWC in southern Idaho.  
The filing was made to remove maps from U S West serving areas and reflect changes resulting from the sales of the Arco, Ashton, Council, Island Park, Mackay, Malad, NuAcres, Oakley, Paris, St. Anthony and Stanley exchanges. These transfers were approved by IPUC Order Nos. 26198, 26353 and 26242.
Jim Long, Telecommunications Analyst has reviewed the tariff filing and he indicates it is correct and recommends approval.
Therefore, US West Tariff Advice No. 96-05-S is hereby approved this date, to be effective December 2, 1996, as requested by the Company.
