I feel until the general rate case is resolved the DSM case should be put on hold. Rocky Mountain power just received a energy fuel cost adjustment this year and now they want a two percent DSM increase in rates to be followed by a average fourteen percent rate increase in a general rate case. This looks like piecemeal rate making to me why don i t we just settle this case in the general rate case or as I suggested hold this case until the general rate case is resolved. One further thought the Government has had to cut cost by cutting the pay of their employees. school districts have also cut their budgets and many business are struggling just to survive. the senior citizens did not receive their cost of living increase this year. So maybe it might be time for the commission to order Rocky Mountain Power to hold off their Piecemeal Rate Making program until next year. Let us get back on our feet before asking for more money, that a lot of us do not have at this time. I am sure that Rocky Mountain Power would Survive until next year.
