PAC-E-10-01 (PacifiCorp) MOTION FOR LIMITED ADMISSION/PRO HAC VICE On February 12, 2010, PacifiCorp dba Rocky Mountain Power caused to be filed with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (Commission) a Motion for the Limited Admission of Yvonne R. Hogle, Esq. in Case No. PAC-E-10-01 (reference Idaho Bar Commission Rule 222; IPUC Rules of Procedure 19 and 43.05). The local Idaho counsel filing the Motion is John R. Hammond, Jr., Fisher Pusch & Alderman, LLP, U S Bank Plaza, Fifth Floor, 101 South Capitol Boulevard, PO Box 1308, Boise, Idaho 83701. Yvonne R. Hogle certifies that she is an active member in good standing with the Bar of the State of Utah and that she maintains a regular practice of law at Rocky Mountain Power, 201 South Main Street, Suite 2300, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111. Ms. Hogle further certifies that she is not a resident of the State of Idaho or licensed to practice in Idaho and that she has not previously sought admission under IBCR 222. Both Ms. Hogle and local counsel, Mr. Hammond, certify that a copy of the Motion, accompanied by a $200 fee, has been provided to the Idaho State Bar. Mr. Hammond acknowledges that as local counsel, his attendance shall be required at all proceedings before the Commission in which Ms. Hogle appears, unless specifically excused by the Commission. In this regard, John R. Hammond, Jr. respectfully requests that the Commission excuse him from having to appear during Commission proceedings in the above captioned matter unless needed by Rocky Mountain Power. DECISION MEMORANDUM 2 COMMISSION DECISION PacifiCorp has filed a Motion for Limited Admission of Yvonne R. Hogle in Case No. PAC-E-10-01. The local Idaho counsel is John R. Hammond, Jr. Mr. Hammond requests that the Commission excuse him from having to appear during Commission proceedings unless requested by the Company. Staff recommends that the motion to admit (Yvonne R. Hogle) and request to excuse (John Hammond) be granted. Does the Commission concur?
